Texas Note Buyer 940-268-5850

Listing sitting? Don't cut the price.

Sell fasterand at full price.

Buyers who can't qualify for a bank loan will pay full price for your house if you offer seller financing. We buy the note when you close, so you walk away with cash.

Widen the pool instead of cutting the price

Your $500,000 house appraises at $500,000, but it isn't moving. Instead of dropping the price, open the door to buyers who can afford the payment but can't get traditional bank financing.

The usual move

Drop the price

  • Still only cash and bank-approved buyers
  • Every cut lowers the comps in your area
The better move

Widen the pool

  • Sell at the full appraised value
  • Help the buyers the bank turns away
  • Support home values in your area
  • Close in 30 days or less
